About Sponsored Products and BrandsAs a Sr MLE on the Gnome team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the machine learning models, infrastructure, scalable real-time ML inference solutions in low-latency setting, and data transformation and engineering solutions to compute ML model features. This role also needs to continue raising the bar in operational excellence, including pro-actively identifying and delivering improvements and dealing with production issues effectively with clarity in communication.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with developing machine learning and natural language processing products
- Experience Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
