8+ years of proven experience in a role focused on consumer-facing eCommerce
Proven track record managing people, building a vision, setting goals, and providing mentoring and motivation
Demonstrated success balancing the delivery of short-term sales goals while creating sustainable growth strategies for customers and partners
Proven experience implementing sales models and working within the eCommerce funnel to drive sales growth
Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs, from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization
Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online CX data into actionable insights, and demonstrated experience using critical metrics and website analytics to impact digital business
