You will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fun, fast-paced dynamic team environment. As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will develop, execute, and maintain production-quality test automation solutions (e.g., test framework and tools) used to test new products and experiences, including those leveraging AI and LLM advancements.You are expected to solve difficult software problems used to build, maintain, and improve product quality across devices, cloud services, and multiple locales. Your expertise should encompass a solid in-depth knowledge of on-device as well as distributed software development and testing practices, coupled with a good understanding of the operating system software, as well as knowledge of object-oriented design principles.The test software you will build should expose API defects in production level code as well as defects at the component and feature integration prospective.A day in the life

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience
- 1+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment
- Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows

- Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment
- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services
