What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage Customer relations, by maintaining a long term and consistent communication, building trust and confidence
Partner with local account team on building strategic programs, field readiness and ensure flowless execution
Business execution – Oversee and coordinate installations, maintenance and technical escalations.
Communicate the customer high value problems and needs back to headquarters in order to improve and influence product road map
What you should have?
10 years’ experience in technical positions in the high-tech industry (Semiconductors – an advantage)
5 years of experience in customer facing position (preferred Asian customers)
