What you will be doing:
Coordinating and maintaining the facilities to ensure they meet high safety and efficiency standards.
Conducting pre-maintenance and ongoing follow-up to prevent issues before they arise.
Ensuring safety in lab operations and the calibration of existing test equipment.
Leading “weekly/monthly” tours emphasizing safety protocols and defined rules in all Israel HW team departments.
Collaborating with various teams to resolve the best solutions and practices for lab operations while working with the facilities department.
HW department labs future growth requirements review, planning, and cross-org synchronization with the facilities department.
What we need to see:
A proven track record in managing engineering labs or similar facilities with at least 5 years of experience in this field.
Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and standard methodologies in a lab environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
