What you'll do...

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the DOOH SDK team, driving high energy and high-performance outcomes.
2. Develop and implement SDKs for various TV platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
3. Utilize expertise in video streaming technologies to enhance the user experience and product functionality.
4. Drive front-end performance initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and reliable software.
7. Oversee all project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
3. Extensive experience with SDK development for various TV platforms.
4. Expert knowledge of video streaming technologies and front-end performance.
5. Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving teams to high-performance outcomes.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
