Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Office to develop and implement the MarTech strategy:
    • Evaluate and select appropriate MarTech solutions to meet specific marketing needs (e.g., marketing automation, analytics, personalization, content management).
    • Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure.
    • Establish and execute against a data strategy to support overall MarTech capabilities in alignment with Enterprise Analytics & Customer Experience team and Technology Services more broadly.
    • Define and execute roadmap for cloud migration in line with broader corporate strategy.
  • Optimize marketing performance through technology:
    • Establish KPIs focused on issue resolution and mitigation tied to technical performance and upkeep of the MarTech stack
    • Unearth automation and efficiency opportunities (i.e. automating testing) to drive the business forward in an economical manner.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain customer trust.
  • Lead and manage the MarTech Engineering team:
    • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of MarTech specialists.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the MarTech space.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
    • Work closely with the CMO and other marketing leaders to align MarTech initiatives with overall marketing strategy.
    • Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of MarTech solutions.
    • Build relationships with key vendors and technology partners.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $165,325.00 - $194,500.00 - $213,950.00
