• Design and develop innovative technical solutions, disruptive design concepts with potential to open new market that align with company goals.
• Research patents and emerging technologies through trade shows, site visits, customer discovery, patent landscapes and market analysis.
• Build and test prototypes to ensure technical feasibility and customer value.
• Collaborate with Business Designers, Engineering Managers, and global teams to integrate solutions into scalable business models.
• Conduct market research to discover unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Present technical strategies and innovation ideas to senior management, customers, and partners.
• Identify and address technical, operational, and commercial risks early in the process.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing innovative technical solutions.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer behaviors.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer and management engagement. Skilled at working cross-functionally, particularly with business and engineering leads, stakeholders and secure support
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how innovation drives sustainable growth.

• Data fluency: Comfortable using analytics to inform design and strategy.

• Project Management: manages multiple initiatives with agility and focus.

• Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI software, robotics, design thinking, lean startup principles, or IP strategy.
• Experience with electronics or a related technical field.
