About the job
This role requires a balance of software compliance and sales related experience, operational and analytical awareness, and an ability to identify and solve complex issues across diverse geographical areas. This role will require close partnership with sales, finance, product, legal and marketing teams to further our strategic thinking around software compliance. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate with your stakeholders and reach agreement with them on recommendations that you provide in this role. You'll need to be smart, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Lead global engagement with strategic partners, working directly with them to ensure accurate and complete subscription reporting
Work closely with the Partner Ecosystem Success organization to develop and execute sales programs focused on scaling our SEAP business through the Red Hat Ecosystem
Lead Red Hats’ partnerships with our Global auditing and customer assessment partnerships
Mentor and educate partners and regional Ecosystem teams on Red Hat software compliance standards, Red Hat subscription model and related contracts
Help define and launch localized SEAP Ecosystem initiatives that will lead to identification, implementation, and expansion of best practices
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a quantitative field; Master’s degree is a plus
5+ years of Compliance, Sales, or other customer facing experience; other related professional experience in sales, marketing, strategy, or customer success will be considered
Proven ability to engage in a strategic capacity with Sr. Leadership within Red Hat Partners
Industry and subscription company experience; familiarity with renewals- and consumption-based business models
Solid relationship management, presentation, and persuasion skills
Strong analytical and strategy skills
Coachable, energetic, and detail-oriented; focus on and diligence in delivering results
Basic understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and reporting in it
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience supporting audit engagements
Experience working across global geographies
The salary range for this position is $182,240 OTE - $300,720 OTE (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
