Work Space and Volunteer Coordination: Oversee workspace operations for the monday.com program, while recruiting and managing volunteers, fostering internal collaborations, and building relationships with mentors.
Event and Visit Coordination: Organize the end-of-year event and other Tech School events (e.g., mid-year meetings, regional gatherings), and plan and execute student visit days at monday.com offices.
Budget and Financial Management: Oversee and manage the department's budget, including tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Social Media and Website Management: Manage all social media channels with a focus on content creation and engagement strategies, while maintaining and updating the Tech School website.
Media Production and Branding: Coordinate with photographers and editors to create promotional materials and collaborate on high-quality visual and digital content.
Your Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, or nonprofit management); Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience managing complex projects in nonprofit, community development, or social impact sectors.
3+ years of event planning and production.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results and impact through effective project execution.
Strong skills in communication, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement, including event coordination and facilitation.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., monday.com) and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
A results-driven approach with a startup mentality and commitment to continuous improvement.
