  1. School and Principals Collaboration: Engage school principals and teachers to ensure program success, support schools in overcoming challenges, and drive participation in unique projects.
  2. Surveys, Metrics, and Impact Evaluation: Conduct surveys to ensure high response rates, analyze collected data through reports and dashboards, and evaluate program outcomes based on feedback and impact metrics.
  3. Work Space and Volunteer Coordination: Oversee workspace operations for the monday.com program, while recruiting and managing volunteers, fostering internal collaborations, and building relationships with mentors.
  4. Event and Visit Coordination: Organize the end-of-year event and other Tech School events (e.g., mid-year meetings, regional gatherings), and plan and execute student visit days at monday.com offices.
  5. Budget and Financial Management: Oversee and manage the department's budget, including tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  6. Social Media and Website Management: Manage all social media channels with a focus on content creation and engagement strategies, while maintaining and updating the Tech School website.
  7. Media Production and Branding: Coordinate with photographers and editors to create promotional materials and collaborate on high-quality visual and digital content.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, or nonprofit management); Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing non-technical projects in high-tech companies.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results and impact through effective project execution.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills, including event coordination and facilitation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ) and the ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A results-driven approach with a startup mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Languages: Native Hebrew, fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Ministry of Education, schools, or third-sector organizations.
  • Experience managing complex projects in nonprofit, community development, or social impact sectors.
  • Experience in event planning and production
