This is a hybrid role, based out of our Marlborough, MA headquarters.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Help develop, execute and maintain business plans to ensure accurate planning and address changing needs.
  • Support the identification of new markets and the definition of these opportunities.
  • Contribute to product design, coordinate with R&D to support TDP/PDP processes, and work intimately with team to execute launch/commercialization processes in manner consistent with supporting brand strategy and key messages.
  • Contribute to franchise market science processes.
  • Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and execute effective messaging, concept marketing techniques, and channel management. Support key opinion leader relationships.
  • Execute franchise efforts to maximize the effectiveness of global downstream marketing and sales resources.
  • Assist in identifying new products and contribute to formulating new product proposals, tactics and messaging within own portfolio, and contribute to identifying and addressing competitive challenges.
  • Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management.
  • Develop and leverage relationships key cross-functional and domestic sales teams.
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understands and complies with all regulations governing the quality systems.
  • Execute ongoing identification of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, review of the broad strategic direction.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, engineering, or healthcare
  • Analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills
  • Travel - up to 40% required (mostly US; some global may be required)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience within med device or consulting
  • Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creating compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations.
  • Experience engaging top global KOLs in clinical discussions
