Assisting employees with benefit program inquiries and concerns
Processing benefit enrollment forms and changes
Coordinating open enrollment periods
Communicating benefit information to employees
Maintaining accurate employee benefit records
Collaborating with vendors and insurance providers
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Participating in benefit plan analysis and recommendations
Assisting with benefits-related projects and initiatives
Provide Benefits payroll inputs
Ensures benefits payroll data controls accuracy
Support Year end processes
Execute appropriate operational, system and financial controls in place to maintain an appropriate control environment.
Creating reports and data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, macros and formulas, to produce and distribute reporting internally and externally as required.
Automating processes and repetitive tasks using macros and scripts.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
Prior experience in benefits administration or a related role.
Self-motivated, independent and self-managed.
Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced-environment.
Outstanding work ethic with a high degree of confidentiality.
Strong communication, interpersonal relationship and team worker.
Able to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
Experience in process improvement, especially in ensuring quality, control and compliance.
Solid understanding of advance excel and database management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Expert in advance Excel and database management.
4+ years of progressive benefits and HR service experience with medium sized organization
