- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain logistics.
- Experience managing ERP supply chain systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience as design lead, business analysis, business process architecture, or solutions architecture roles in supply chain, or logistics system (Warehouse management systems, Transportation Management systems, or SAP ERP).
- Experience developing logistics solutions across L1-L11 manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
