Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years of experience working in product or service design
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
• Experience of UX research methodologies and analyzing research data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid communicationskills to effectively present and negotiate design solutions anddemonstratedability to collaborate effectively with other disciplines such as Program management and Engineering.
• Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive design, and ability to drive designs from discovery all the way through to delivery.
• Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts, with experience executing interaction prototypes using a range of prototyping and development methods, andproficiencyin a variety of design and prototype tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and more.
• The ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks and goals independently.

• Deliver world-class interaction designs frominitialconcept through finished product.
• Create and assess design solutions based on user research input, user goals, and business requirements.
• Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways thatblendbrand personality, visuals, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences.
• Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
• Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers, and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.
• Using user centered design process to conduct user research and testing that inform andvalidatedesign solutions.
