Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years of experience working in product or service design
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,
  • OR related field AND 6+ years of experience working in product
  • OR service design
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,
  • OR related field AND 8+ years of experience working in product
  • OR service design
• 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 5 years of experience leading design teams.

• Lead the design team to create high-quality designs that meet user needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are integrated into the product development process.
• Ensure design solutions are accessible and inclusive for all users.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor design team members to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence
