Key contact for Sales Departments in deals’ financial assessment, providing analysis and advice as well as approving final commercial conditions;
Ensuring all pricing process and procedures are being followed, looking for opportunities on continual bases to enhance these procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the pricing process;
Participating in customers’ profitability calculations and improvement projects; profitability model development, maintenance and analysis;
Developing new pricing solutions approaches in line with market practices and profitability requirements;
Driving forward Revenue opportunities to maximise profitability;
Portfolio analysis; detailed portfolio analysis of our various markets in Europe, analysing trends, initiating actions to improve profitability;
Portfolio profitability management; reviewing customer profitability on an on-going basis looking for revenue opportunities as a result of detailed analysis, supporting Portfolio customers review process;
Conduct pricing trainings aiming to increase general pricing knowledge within the organization.
Perform ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting as required.
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in in either a finance team or pricing and profitability environment
Advanced analytical experience including dataset design/creation & statistical analysis, with ability to bring data to life using an array of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPivot, SQL)
Highly numerical and analytical strategic mind set and commercial acumen
Strong attention to detail with the skills to consolidate, view and interpret high volumes of customer level of data and to be able to provide commercial insights to support pricing decisions
Self-starter with good prioritization and time management skills
Creative problem-solving abilities, e.g. quickly develop, test, execute, analyse and iterate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, natural collaborator
