Define IT-Governance, Strategies, IT-Architecture and transformation-map. Detailed design and implementation of IT-components. Supports system-design, performance optimization and system operating.

Core task includes:

• Evaluation of innovative technology trends.
• Developing and assessing strategies for IT organization andsupportprocesses.
• Identifying the appropriate IT enabler tosupportthe business strategy.
• Define detailed IT-landscape and transformation map based on enterprise requirements.
• IT-components specific expert consulting.
• Supportof system operating.
• Supportfor system optimization.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Supports the planning and execution of solution deployments
• Leverages the capabilities of the SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits
• Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
• Implements and supports the operation of technical system landscapes
• Supports setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud and hybrid) with good understanding of state-of-the-art methodologies
• Engages in technology components-specific expert consulting
• Supports the delivery of system optimization services
• Supports solution proposals and bid management
• Supports the delivery of customer workshops and trainings
• Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services
• Shows comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; delivers according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement
• Supports in solution testing and issue resolution

Experience & Educational Requirements

• Experience in technology consulting
• Knowledge of relevant SAP and non-SAP technologies
• Some experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration
• Overview knowledge on solution architectures and related migration paths and tools
• Basic understanding of public cloud software

Other Experience

• Demonstrates effective emotional intelligence
• English: Fluent
• Education: University degree or equivalent work experience Professional Training &
• Certification: Technology-specific certification
• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud : Solution or Architect certifications is a big plus.
