Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Established track record of creating successful strategic proposals, frameworks, and business cases
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
  • Experienced with analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Consumer AI landscape and/or products and passion for AI and its potential to transform industries
  • Experience successfully influencing engineering product roadmaps
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Product Positioning: Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Craft and deliver compelling strategic proposals to senior leadership, highlighting emerging opportunities and critical market trends. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Development of Marketing Content: Create high-quality product marketing content, including product briefs, whitepapers, and presentations the deliver a clear vision.
  • Create Product Use Cases and Demo’s: Develop engaging use cases, demos, and tutorials to showcase the value and unique benefits of Microsoft Copilot.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Gather and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and marketing optimizations.
