- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, Go, scripting languages, Git, and configuration management systems.
- Architectural Expertise: Experience in building scalable services, architectural design, data structures, algorithms, microservice architectures, and APIs.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, deliver on bold deadlines, and drive closures, and the ability to prioritize and debug production issues.
- BS and MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science
