Key Result Areas
- Responsible for designing and developing industry specific process models that can be used to support EY’s client opportunities and accelerate project delivery
- Support industry leaders and practitioners with the design and development industry-specific value chains and business process classification frameworks
- Lead and drive process modeling initiatives with very minimal support and guidance
- Act as an ARIS subject matter expert on external engagements and provide project advisory support—strategic and functional
- Play key role in requirement gathering/process design workshops with large groups of SMR’s and business teams
- Design and create end-to-end process models using EPC and BPMN modeling standards
- Set up the ARIS project database for new projects/engagements—including process and model architecture and ARIS group structure
- Analyze and improve business processes in ARIS based on experience and semantic checks
- Work in a multi-user ARIS environment and ability to export and merge process models
- Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices and develop EA related assets
- Actively develop and enhance EY BPM methodology-including modeling standards and conventions
- Maintain a pulse on leading practices/trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc.

Education
- B.E. in related field required
- M.B.A. or related Master's degree preferred
Preferred Certifications
- ARIS Certified Professional
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent, expert with the ARIS modelling method
- 4-5 years of ARIS software solutions work experience
- 4-5 years of recent experience, in areas such as: Business Process Management capability and process strategy, business process analysis, business process design and modeling, business process improvement, KPI and metric development, BPM tool deployment, process mining etc.
- 4-5 years of EPC and/or BPMN 2.0 modeling experience
- 4-5 years working with business process analysis & management suites, such as IBM Blueworks live and SAP Signavio tools etc.
- Knowledge and use of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks—including ARIS, TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, DoDAF, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement
- SAP implementation project experience using ARIS for SAP platforms
- Previous experience in Application/Infrastructure Lifecycle
- Previous experience in Data Modeling and Mapping
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in managing ARIS configuration: Methods and Conventions (Filters, Templates, Models, Attributes, etc.)
- Experience with importing database content: ARIS Merge
- Ability to establish measures for ensuring consistency of the ARIS database
- Experience in performing Evaluations with ARIS: Search and query, semantic checks, reports, macros
- Experience with Report Script creation
- Conceptual understanding and basic hands on experience on Process Mining tools like Celonis etc.
