What you’ll do:
As the Product Content and Communications Strategy Lead for Data, Digital and Innovation within Securities Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the content strategy for client engagement and product adoption across UK & Europe. You will work with our Product Managers, Client Coverage, and Marketing Organizations to shape and execute the content and communication strategies for our Data, Digital and Innovation Products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive content, communications and product adoption strategies to deliver target engagement.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content in partnership with marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand and identify opportunities to improve product positioning in our content and product adoption strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, client services, and technology to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product adoption and engagement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the content and content distribution.
- Support the design and implementation of comprehensive campaigns to enhance client awareness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure product positioning remains competitive and compelling.
- Design and execute relevant and targeted sales campaigns and drive relevant thought leadership content.
What we’ll need from you:
- Knowledge of Securities Services and the investment management process is strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience in content strategy and in digital products and platforms.
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker.
- Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset.
- Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
