You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and the PMC Business President, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the future direction and success of our PMC business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. Your strategic insights and leadership will shape the future of our PMC business and contribute to the overall success of the IA SBG.

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the PMC business within the IA SBG
  
• Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to capture market share
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives
  
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership

• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the industrial automation industry
• Strong understanding of business strategy development and execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  
• Experience in the process measurement and controls industry
  
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the industrial automation sector
  
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives
