Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ Years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a senior developer role.
- Salesforce Application Architect or Data Architecture and Management Certification
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and security settings.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Git version control systems and development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing large, cross-functional projects using Jira.
- Expertise in Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Lightning, and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams to achieve technical excellence and delivery.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and Atlassian project management tools.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
