Set and execute the digital marketing strategy for assigned area, in close collaboration with marketing leadership, sales team and partners ecosystem
Oversee digital platforms and select the qualified and strategic channels to build a brand presence, engage with followers, and promote content
Create, deploy and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display ads.
Identify target audiences and lead the segmentation based on demographics, behaviors, and interests to ensure marketing efforts are reaching the right people.
Work close to regional marketing peers in joint efforts to coordinate and engage digital programs into regional marketing strategies
Work with content team to develop and curate engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, graphics, and email newsletters, supporting global initiatives with localized focus, input and customization
Setting up automated email workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding and re-engagement
Gather insights from customer interactions and surveys to refine digital marketing efforts
Track performance of digital marketing platforms to monitor and report KPIs of digital campaigns, identify areas of improvement, optimize ongoing programs and make data-driven decisions
Keep up with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing
Manage program budgets within BMC guidelines across demand teams
Able to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust digital program mix accordingly to meet sales needs. Ability to convert data into knowledge.
Requirements
5+ years related digital marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
Keen understanding of comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Creative to stand out in a competitive digital space
Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation, engagement and reporting
Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
Analytical and process skills
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
