What you’ll bring:

Business Development

  • Leads a CS GTM approach- (early and post initial subscription), with strategic CS and Cloudified Service offerings with select “No Project Found” and “Not Forecasted” customers and recommend new SAP Cloud business opportunity accelerators for No Confirmed Path customer to get on path to go-live.
  • Identify and focus on Cloud ERP Not Forecasted Customers and positioning Cloudified Services to accelerate adoption, and drive Cloud ERP Bookings and Revenue
  • Act as an advisor for assigned Market Units and Cloud Solution CSPs to facilitate ongoing adoption and consumption program excellence, including coaching on SAP Cloud Solutions that directly affect the time to value and accelerate go-lives.
  • Assist in forecasting and project management discipline for SAP dACV relevant projects.
  • Assist in establishing NA GTM model, identifying customer and positioning Consulting AI Assessments, Premium Engagement AI Assessment, and Custom AI, in collaboration with MUs, ASC, PE, and CIS.
  • Identify and qualify RISE customers for a RISE AI Discovery Workshop and work with the CS&D colleagues on Business AI Maturity and Readiness Assessment as needed.
  • Prepare customer specific points of view, focusing on value proposition of relevant Cloud LOB offerings.
  • Position Instant Access Products (i.e., Preferred Success, CAS), Cloud Discovery offerings, and GTM/Sales plays with customers
  • Develop new SAP Cloud LOB business opportunity accelerators within no path to go live customers.

Team Development

  • Develop skillsets on team to help focus a position on Cloud Solution area level.
  • Work on a continuous skillset update for all Adoption and Consumption stakeholders
  • Develop and enhance Cloud ERP, Cloudified Services sales & solutioning accelerators and Create sales assets as needed.
  • Define the Forecasting and enablement tools and tactics to implement these approaches across North America

Experience & Other Requirements

  • Experience in Management Consulting
  • Experience preferred in SAP Cloudified Services (i.e., Preferred Success, CAS, Training and Adoptions) and value propositions to existing and new potential SAP customers.
  • Strong understanding of SAP terminology, SAP Cloud Service offerings, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision across lines of business.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and run matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrable pattern of outstanding Sales and project forecasting work with a solid business background in financial reports and measures
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • High level of flexibility and energy, self-starter

Education

  • Undergraduate, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
