Drive external business campaigns – including planning strategies and execution for a sequence of activities and processes
Create actionable services for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Develop the execution plan to the future state
Conduct impact-analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Lead business transformation and change management initiatives
Support senior leadership on other business matters as needed
Skills and attributes for success
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with Go-To-Market and project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
To qualify for the role you must have
Minimum 3 years of experience or above
Experience and knowledge of consulting and change management principles, methodologies and tools
Experience as a practitioner in one or more service lines: Consulting, Assurance, Tax, or Strategy & Transaction within Big 4 or similar environment is advantageous
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is an advantage.
