Key Responsibilities Design and build an end-to-end testing system for data validation and quality assurance. Develop and maintain testing standards and procedures to ensure data integrity across all systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data usage and implications for data quality. Implement data quality metrics and monitoring systems to proactively identify issues. Lead the creation of a data quality dashboard to communicate data quality metrics to stakeholders. Train and mentor team members on data quality concepts, tools, and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data quality and testing methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data quality and testing technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality engineering, data management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Experience with data quality tools and technologies. Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages (Python, R, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
