The Global Warranty Operations (GWO) Policy Specialist (US) is responsible for handling various warranty and policy, senior management, and communication requests. The Specialist is also responsible for being the lead of GWO US Policy Analyst and assisting in special projects as needed. The position interfaces with other global Policy Leads, NA Quality, Marketing, Product Development, Automotive Safety, Office of the General Counsel, and other departments internal and external to Service Engineering Operations (SEO).
