WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You are responsible for conceptualizing, designing and facilitating development programs that serve the Supply Chain, Sustainability and Express Lane teams as part of the overall Functional Development initiative LIFT.

  • You will design, lead and continuously evolve a development program for high potential Supply Chain talent, including coaching, mentoring and supporting the growth of participants.
  • You will support emerging programs and develop new programs that contribute to the growth and development of Supply Chain team members.
  • You will design and lead engaging and effective live training sessions and discussions.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment on a recently formed (less than one year) team that is highly motivated, passionate and talented.
  • On any given day, you may find yourself piloting a new program, meeting one-on-one with a participant to offer coaching, researching leading learning practices, designing a new training curriculum, or facilitating a strategic review of programs with senior leaders.
