WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
They are a strong listener, ask good questions and are invested in supporting the development of others. They ideally have experience with personal assessment tools (e.g., CliftonStrengths) and executive coaching.
They have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives with efficiency and clarity, including measuring and communicating outcomes through metrics and/or Objective Key Results (OKRs).
They have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including listening. They are a strong facilitator of live training and discussions.
They have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training, as well as 7+ combined years across Training/Learning and Development, Talent/Leadership Development, Program Management and/or Supply Chain/Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You are responsible for conceptualizing, designing and facilitating development programs that serve the Supply Chain, Sustainability and Express Lane teams as part of the overall Functional Development initiative LIFT.
