Additionally, they will facilitate bi-weekly meetings with our SDS and chemical regulation supplier to ensure consistent service and address open issues.The role entails handling the CMS SDS and inventory software modules, including prioritizing radars, developing comprehensive business requirements, and conducting necessary testing for implementation.Furthermore, they will support certain chemical regulatory compliance efforts, overseeing data collection, ensuring data quality, managing aggregation, and report formatting.The individual will report to the EHS Chemical Risk Management & Stewardship manager.
- BA/BS in an EH&S related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in EH&S chemical risk management, such as chemical inventory / SDS management. Equivalently, 2+ years experience in the above with graduate degree in related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and communications skills with the ability to influence.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment with excellent organization, project management, data systems, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Enablon CMS modules.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
- Highly collaborative with a team first attitude.
- Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
- Proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Master's Degree
