About the Role:As an Engineering Leader reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will lead people to build products, features, and experiences that promote incorporating Ads authentically into the streaming experience. This will allow creators to monetize, while also creating the right environment for their communities. You will be empowered to work across the stack and throughout the company. You will take high ownership of your services - building and operating them. You will partner with other engineering leaders, product managers, designers, data specialists and program managers to create solutions.You Will:- Use data to make decisions; particularly when it comes to operational health and quality- Parse, ingest, challenge and reframe proposals / plans for the better and in a constructive way.

- 5+ years of experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design.
- 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- Skills to hire and develop top engineering talent.
- Experience communicating complex problems or situations with simple concepts.
- Willingness to accept feedback from teammates.
- Comfort when operating within an ambiguous and Agile environment.
- History leading teams to design, implement and operate consumer-facing applications
