As a Principal Associate Process Manager supporting the Tech Controls Automation and Monitoring team within AX Risk & Controls, you will join a smart, talented team responsible for driving essential initiatives across our Technology controls and automation programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our Technology controls automation strategy and enhancing key processes. As a key contributor, you will help to design, implement and oversee multi-year projects focused on strengthening control resilience, sustainability, and improving operational efficiency across Tech divisions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in process management and project leadership, especially within technology or risk management functions, to steer complex initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include designing streamlined workflows, establishing efficient reporting protocols, and creating communication structures to foster cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you’ll be crafting impactful presentations, managing regular executive-level reporting, and ensuring alignment on key objectives across divisions. A qualified candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills with a track record of developing influential presentations and materials for senior audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to process improvement and optimization
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects with competing deadlines
Expertise in developing and implementing scalable processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful executive-level dashboards and reports
Knowledge of risk management and controls frameworks, including automation principles and best practices
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build productive relationships across divisions
Experience working with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence)
Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on aligning processes with organizational goals and objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Ability to anticipate risks and proactively develop contingency plans to ensure project success
General Responsibilities:
Execute multi-year programs focused on improving tech control effectiveness, automation and monitoring
Develop and implement project plans for initiatives such as the Metadata Refresh and Ineffective Controls Reporting
Continuously assess and refine control processes to drive operational efficiency and sustainability
Oversee monthly and quarterly executive reporting for control health and effectiveness, including creating strategic presentations and dashboards for senior leaders
Establish efficient reporting protocols and action tracking, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and timeliness in delivering insights and updates
Partner cross-functionally with divisions to ensure alignment on control objectives and automation goals
Facilitate effective communication with senior leaders to secure buy-in and support for key projects
Develop impactful communication materials that clearly convey complex information to a range of audiences
Spearhead initiatives to improve control processes, increase automation, and ensure the sustainability of control functions
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 Years Project Management experience
At least 2 years of Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suites
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
4+ years of Process Management experience
1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Business Management Process Notation Certification
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
