Executive updates: Support functional Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership executive updates (e.g., Board updates, Core Leadership meetings, Supervisory Board, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional working teams
Relationship Management: Build and maintain an effective operating model that includes regular engagement with key stakeholders across global and local markets
Head-office Operations: Manage high-priority initiatives, craft key communications, and promote team engagement to bolster SCM culture and operational excellence
Project Management: Support project management in collaboration with global and market supply chain teams and partner functions, driving leadership updates and managing timely progress, including clear deliverables and owners
Lead and manage the Drumbeat within the SCM Leadership Team (in alignment with Snr Manager): planning and support x-functional / x-market stakeholders for Leadership Meetings, Market Visits, Market Calls, etc.
Global Logistics: Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Global Logistics by orchestrating the Leadership team efforts, developing and tracking the execution of the annual key initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications, and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (e.g. management consulting, project management, etc.) with a regional or matrix organization exposure
2 years of relevant project management or industry experiences
