The Channel XF Merchandising Manager is responsible for all merchandising documentation activities that support new product introductions in Channel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Grasp new product merchandising strategies and ensure consistency across fixtures and deliverables- Ensure communications are streamlined, easy to understand and execute- Confirm all deliverables are correct to merchandising standards and strategies- Anticipate global merchandising questions and needs
- 7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on merchandising operations
- Experience with writing comprehensive merchandising direction
- Experience in working with cross functional and regional teams to bring merchandising strategies to life
- Proficient in Keynote & presentation experience with large groups and leadership
- Ability to translate strategic plans into real-world implementation across various store formats
- Skilled communicator with a track record of delivering compelling presentations to cross functional teams
- Flexible, organized and exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for great work, with the ability to influence cross functional teams to drive the work forward
- Thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams in a highly matrix’d organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
