Key Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Sales Operations or Analytics.
  • Stronganalyticalskills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Expertise in Data extraction and Database concepts
  • Adept in MS- PowerPoint for Presentation and story telling
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales planning tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership engagement skills.
  • Ability todesignand implement user-friendly dashboards in Tableau / PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of optimization and operations research techniques.
  • Provenability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with fiscal year planning processes.
  • Certifications in relevant analytics tools or methodologies would be a plus.
