Job Requirements

The role focuses on building programs to drive success of Renewal specialists/Customer Success and to improve Install-base data quality and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the right revenue lands for the right account at the right time. You will focus on identifying and assessing gaps to drive inside service renewal sales productivity and success criteria. Based on your findings, you will design and implement process changes in our core tools, suggest modifications to policies, and benchmark inside IB Excellence against key drivers of productivity. In parallel, you are accountable for driving process and system improvement to reduce renewal quoting SLAs and are directly responsible for the Renewal quoting team’s success. As a member of the team you will work with cross-functional teams from various organizations within NetApp to drive the overall success of the renewal programs. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:- Establishes the cadence and rhythms for churn prevention and win back plans. Monitors, interprets, and provides recommendations based on reports tracking consumption and communicates to relevant stakeholders. Drives standardization of IB data management execution, identify reporting gaps, and create reports that fill those gaps. May also report on scorecard management.
- Applies and provides guidance to others to integrate continuous improvement changes to tools, processes across the CSO org to accelerate transformation. Identify processes to increase efficiency, remove blockers, reduce redundancies, reduce manual work, or to save time within IB Programs.- Design and implement process changes in our core tools, suggest modifications to policies, rules of engagement, compensation plans and benchmark inside sales against key drivers of productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation in IBX, ad-hoc and standardized reporting, ensuring agility in delivering results while consistently maintaining and improving quality.
- Experience in driving data quality and scale across IBX processes and tools ((including future pilots, in-year governance, compliance, workflows, tool & functionality).
- Build framework to ensure how strategy is landing through IB Excellence and insights are feeding into future processes.

- A minimum of 6 years of experience as an individual contributor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification is a plus
