Assurance Advisor, Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) - Sustainable Advisory (ESG) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1515882), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Climate Sciences or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Climate Sciences or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 4 years of experience with technical writing and providing advanced risk management services.Must have 4 years of consulting experience with a firm providing ESG services.Must have 4 years of ESG/sustainability experience.Must have 4 years of combined experience with environmental foot printing, lifecycle analysis, sustainable supply chain planning or carbon market.Must have 3 years of combined experience with ESG reporting such as GRI framework, SASB framework, ESG report writing, ESG metrics assessments (Scope 1, 2 or 3), Risk/Internal Audit/Control design/process mapping, ESG-ERM integration or ESG-IA Integration.Must have 3 years of combined experience with ESG Strategies such as stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment, maturity assessment, goal setting and roadmap development, governance structure, process documentation, life cycle assessment (LCA) or impact measurement (ESG).Must have certification/accreditation in one of the following in CSSGB (Certified Six Sigma Green Belt); GHG Verifier (Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification issued by CARB); ISSP-CSP (International Society of Sustainability Professionals-Certified Sustainability Professional); ISSP-SA (International Society of Sustainability Professionals-Sustainability Associate); LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design); PE (Professional Engineer); PMP (Project Management Professional); Global Reporting (GRI); Green building (LEED); Green House Gas (GHG); Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or sufficient coursework/experience requirements to obtain certification within one year of hire.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
