KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all incoming alarm signals in our automation software.
• Dispatch Operators monitor fire alarms
• Operate a variety of communication equipment to include radio consoles, telephones, and computer systems.
• Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer
• Program EBI’s (Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator Frontend)
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
• Security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE

• Ability to work independently 75% of the time
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell.

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Certification in fire alarm and security systems (e.g., NICET, ESA)
• Experience with Honeywell fire alarm and security systems
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Fire & Security systems experience
