Creating audience segments and suppressions within CDP or ESP platforms and routing the datasets into corresponding marketing channels.
Troubleshoot errors within the data with channel owners, engineering teams, and product owners
Training & enabling Vimeo employees to be able to scope audience sizes quickly within our CDP or ESP platforms.
Deeply understand channel owners needs and motivations to develop reporting that measures our lifecycle communications’ effectiveness and health
Drive product strategy around the implementation and utilization of operational data
Partner with strategic counterpart to ensure marketing communication platform is utilized for scalability and stability
Manage vendor relationships with ESPs, CDPs, and Data Warehouse partners
Partner with marketing channel owners to ensure the connection between channel platform and data warehouse
Work with upstream Product Managers and Engineers to identify source event data and metadata and negotiate its delivery to the data platform
Creating datasets and datamarts within Snowflake and CDP Platforms.
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
3-5 years of experience within marketing operations or data management
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to partner with others and build consensus in a cross-functional team toward a desired outcome
Deep understanding of SaaS business model, subscription marketing experience preferred
Proven ability to organize and prioritize work
Hands on experience working with various ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Marketo experience preferred), CDPs (Simon Data), Segmentation tools (Amplitude), and Data Warehouses (Snowflake)
Ability to seamlessly collaborate across the teams
Ability to craft client presentations and lead presentations to executive leadership
Skilled at project management and delivery
Basic knowledge/comfort with HTML & CSS, Jinja, Freemarker
Proficient with SQL or other Relational Database Programming Language
