- A good understanding of Salesforce platform out of box features and ability to do impact analysis org wide.
- Strong knowledge of salesforce security architecture and governor limits.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting techniques on the Salesforce platform.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with several cross teams as part of platform governance and maintenance.
- A general knowledge of Force.com development, Salesforce integration/extensions and designing solutions using Force.com API, APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce Lightning Web Component, and other tools that extend the product.
- Demonstrated track record with standard SDLC and Agile implementation techniques.
- Experience with assessing salesforce org health and performance is a plus.
- Minimum 3 to 4 yrs. experience with Salesforce platform.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- 3 years of Salesforce platform experience and good understanding of the force.com architecture.
- Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines.
- Ability to understand existing architecture models of current salesforce implementation (applications, integrations, packages, security etc….)
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
