Job Description

As a Reimbursement Services Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of accounts receivable for all aspects of AM&D’s revenue cycle, which includes billing, remittance, collections, and banking process, as well implementing process improvements.

Your role:

  • Identifying payor trends and making recommendations for increased revenue opportunities and issue resolutions. Also, documenting and analyzing payor issues to determine root cause of denials as well as ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Continuously reviewing processes for optimizing workflow to drive revenue and efficiencies. As well as reviewing metrics and determining workflow and staffing needs to address any gaps swiftly.
  • Proactively interacting with all internal departments to ensure that patient and payor needs are met with the highest degree of quality.
  • Overseeing and monitoring vendor relationships to ensure contract compliance and performance to maximize cashflow.
  • Collaborating with Finance and Strategic Contracting to ensure we are compliant with USGAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 6+ years of experience with Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
  • Your skills include experience analyzing issues and metrics for the purpose of documenting and developing improved processes. You have strong knowledge of payor and/or insurance billing. Exposure to Soarian (a plus).
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated study (required).
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You have advanced verbal and written communication with internal/external partners, are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $81,000 to $138,000
