Cloud Support Engineer (CSE) 는 AWS 서비스를 사용하는 고객을 대상으로 장애에 대한 troubleshooting 및 general guidance 등의 기술지원을 수행합니다. CSA는 소속된 Profile에 따라 다수의 AWS 서비스를 지원합니다.- AWS의 최첨단 기술 습득 및 활용
- 이슈 발생 시 Case를 통한 고객 지원
- 고객 개별 요구에 대하여 상황에 맞는 적절한 해결책을 제공하기 위한 Trouble Shooting 업무
-전세계 최고 엔지니어들과의 교류
- AWS의 개발팀, Technical Account Manager 및 Solutions Architect와 협업하여 고객의 문제 해결을 지원
- 고객을 위한 AWS 서비스 개선사항에 대해 사내 AWS 팀에 피드백 제공
- 지원 관련 프로세스 및 고객의 기술지원 경험을 개선하는 프로젝트 추진
- AWS의 고객 커뮤니티에 Tutorial 및 기술 관련 기사 투고
- 여러 AWS 서비스에 걸친 매우 복잡하고 중요한 고객문제에 대한 대응
