Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in content strategy, program management, or stakeholder engagement in a large enterprise.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel content portfolios and digital engagement platforms.
- Experience aligning content and communications with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills in a complex matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s compliance frameworks or similar enterprise environments is a plus.
- Change management and behavioral influence capabilities.

Develop and maintain toolkits, reference guides, and enablement resources that help stakeholders understand and adopt TrIP’s solutions and compliance practices.
