What You'll Do
  • Drive business performance within your assigned portfolio, enhancing the experience for restaurants, delivery partners, and consumers.
  • Renegotiate commercial agreements to optimize long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure we have the best restaurant selection while optimizing their operational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, identifying growth opportunities to elevate their delivery business.
  • Address and escalate complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution for our top restaurant partners.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B or B2C client-facing role.
  • Passion for working with top accounts and shaping a business together.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret data and extract insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to present a compelling value proposition, overcome objections, and drive commitments.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and follow through on tasks.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and work closely with high-value partners to achieve revenue, retention, and adoption goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze restaurant needs, identify opportunities, and creatively problem-solve.
  • Experience with CRM systems and SQL is a plus.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
