ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Go-to-market strategy & plan for impactful commercial programs with end-to-end responsibility from formulation to collaborative implementation in the regions with tracking, reporting and insights share-out
- Portfolio management: Manage product lifecycle including phase in/expansion strategy for available products and phase-out/sunset of products that align with market needs and company goals.
- Develop & implement commercial strategies and marketing initiatives focused on nurturing and maximizing returns from existing customers including initiatives that will reduce customer churn, enhance customer loyalty and drive Trade-in/upgrade to new technologies.
- IB marketing: Formulate and finalize meaningful customer communication strategy, plan & assets associated with new features and offerings for current products, IB relevant product or commercial programs.
- Data and Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis including preparation and delivery of reports on market trend, portfolio performance and customer feedback to relevant stakeholders with consistent cadence
- Develop, run and lead a consistent and robust best in class process and governance structure for commercial initiatives including oversight operating mechanism and ensure consistency of tracking and reporting of data and insights

The following competencies are required for the job:
- 7+ years of dental marketing or related experience in strategic marketing/commercial roles with an emphasis on developing & executing on commercial strategies
- Extensive knowledge of medical device environment
- Knowledge of the dental manufacturer, and competitive landscape - advantage
- Strong leadership, matrix management and execution skills
- Solid knowledge of the marketing concepts, process, and its execution.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term objectives and execute short-term milestones.
- Ability to synthesize and format information into high quality presentations geared towards specific audiences
- Ability to work across functions and influencing through others, and to interact effectively with many different internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a very dynamic and exciting environment with a hands-on behavior.
- Strict adherence to timelines and ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Focuses on customer needs to deliver a high customer experience in all aspects of the job.

- BS or BA required, MBA a plus
