Sr. Partner Development Manger is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with system integrators (SIs) and managed service providers (MSPs) within an assigned territory or market segment. This role is critical in identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing top-performing SI/MSP partners to drive revenue growth through the sale of AWS products and services.Key job responsibilities- Manage and cultivate executive relationships with existing SI/MSP partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving mutual growth.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
