Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, working closely with our restaurant partners to unlock opportunities, drive performance, and shape the future of delivery in your region.

This is more than just account management—it’s about being a trusted advisor to our partners. You’ll use your commercial acumen, operational drive, and relationship-building skills to grow Uber Eats in your territory. You’ll work across sales, strategy, and execution to ensure our restaurant partners thrive on our platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow your market. Take ownership of your region’s performance—driving order volume, partner growth, and selection quality.

  • Drive business results. Use data and insights to optimize restaurant performance, increase basket size, and improve customer experience.

  • Manage strategic accounts. Build long-term relationships with key restaurant partners—advising on everything from operations to marketing.

  • Lead with insight. Identify high-potential areas for growth—from expanding geographic coverage to unlocking new service hours.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

  • Be the local voice. Champion Uber Eats in your city, acting as a brand ambassador with a deep understanding of the local food scene.

What You’ll Need
  • 1–3 years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles —bonus points for experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills.

  • Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills—written and verbal.

  • Ability to analyze data , extract insights, and make decisions quickly. (Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; Salesforce is a plus.)

  • Excellent organization and prioritization —you thrive when handling multiple moving parts.

  • A self-starter with a bias for action , adaptability, and a solutions-driven attitude.

  • Willingness to travel across Portugal to meet with partners and grow your region.

  • Growth in restaurant acquisition and engagement

  • Improved operational metrics like delivery time, customer satisfaction, and order frequency
