Honeywell FPGA Verification Engineer I

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

• Study FPGA requirements, define test procedures, and execute tests through simulations and on-target tests.
• Work with the FPGA design team to set test priorities, support project planning, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop test benches using VHDL, create FPGA functions for hardware testing, and manage documentation and VHDL code.
• Generate reports, verification matrices, and code coverage analysis; report RTL bugs and support designers in resolving them.
• Establish verification methodology, architecture, and infrastructure, including models, generators, and monitors; create and maintain regressions and support design reviews and customer audits.

Key skills and qualifications

• Master's degree in an electronic engineering discipline or similar.
• Experience/Familiarity with the FPGA design flow (synthesis, place & route, timing closure).
• Experience/Familiarity with laboratory instruments (power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc).
• Organized and systematic to maintain documentation in appropriate order.
• Excellent command of English.
• Travel required: up to 20%
