- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data strategy, data analysis, sales reporting, or project management.
- Experience with SQL, Data Governance, and Tableau.
- Experience in business strategy, process improvement or operations consulting, or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
- Experience driving large-scale change initiatives within Sales organizations.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring the success of those initiatives, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, systems design, and architecting/explaining data systems requirements to engineering teams.
- Excellent program/process management skills.
