What you’ll do:
- Collaborate across various functions, principally within Finance, Technology and Risk
- Engage your stakeholders in Country Finance, Markets Controllers, Treasury and other departments
- Elicit and document business requirements for existing and new reporting processes
- Prepare and execute test scripts for the solution developed
- Identify and escalate data or logic gaps
- Document new processes and prepare user guides for new systems and features
- Coach and develop your team to achieve objectives.
- Assess risks and issues related to the reporting process and work with your management to establish plans to mitigate or resolve them.
- Collaborate/support across various functions, principally within Finance and Risk.
What we’ll need from you:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Experience with COREP, FINREP or risk reporting will be helpful
- Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization
- Ability to manage workstreams in parallel and multitask
- Technology aptitude: you will have to co-operate with Technology staff, we need you to speak their language
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- You will implement regulatory project changes so experience in COREP/Liquidity reporting is an advantage
